At Ideal Home Health Agency, our Pediatric Home Health Aides (HHAs) are committed to delivering thoughtful, hands-on care to children in the comfort of their own homes. Many of our HHAs are parents themselves, which allows them to bring a natural sense of empathy, patience, and compassion to the families they serve. Under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist, they assist with essential daily routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and light housekeeping.
